Structure

The Alchemy of Emotions Immersion is thoughtfully designed as a two-part journey. 

The realm of emotions is multi-layered and vast. Our curriculum, rich and nuanced, is crafted to navigate this complex landscape, necessitating several months for its profound insights to be fully absorbed and understood.

Hence, Part 1 of Achemy of Emotions will be taught in October-November 2024 and Part 2 will be offered in February-March 2025. Part one will focus more on theory. And Part two will focus more on practical day to day application.

It is okay if you are going to miss live teaching sessions. You can watch recordings at your own convenience. All teaching sessions will be recorded and available to you for 90 days.

Resources

All participants will receive several resources and guided meditations to download and use for their continued practice.

    • Preparation Session
      October 12th, Saturday from 9am to 11am PDT

    • Additional Repeat Session

      Immersion Begins

    • October 27th, Sunday from 9am to 12pm PDT

    • November 3rd, Sunday from 5pm to 8pm PST

    • November 10th, Sunday from 9am to 12pm PST

      Total Live Teachings Sessions = 17 hour

  • Starting October 21st to November 10th a 21 day practice container begins.

    The below Group Sits are not mandatory to attend but encouraged. In these sessions - meditation recordings will be played by a host.

  1. Some sessions might go over by 15 minutes. So please plan accordingly.

  2. All teaching sessions will be recorded. However, breakout room content and some other parts may not be recorded. Also note, the weekday GROUP SITS or some extra question & answer sessions might not be recorded.
